BDAOC programs continue to excel! We have strived to continue to provide timely industry information about projects, and the trend of things to come. In that regard, we’ve had some very topical programs so far this year such as "Army Corp of Engineers: upcoming project update", "Retail Development - Equity One" and a "ARTIC Intermodal Transportation Intermodal Center - Master Plan" as our monthly luncheon meeting topics, to name a few.
We also have big plans for our educational workshops this year which are designed to promote professional as well as personal growth, while continuing to provide an atmosphere to meet new people, network, and walk away a little more enlightened. New for 2008!
BDAOC hosted our 1st annual charity golf tournament! It was held at Black Gold Golf Course, in Yorba Linda, on September 18th, 2008. We’re already in the midst of planning the 2009 event, and are pulling out the stops, to make this one of the most enjoyable tournaments of the year. Proceeds will go to Olive Crest Children’s Treatment Center for Abused and Abandoned Children. Committee volunteers welcome!
