B.A. in English, Marketing, Journalism, Communications or other related discipline. Three years experience in developing and coordinating federal, state, local and private sector proposal and marketing materials for an engineering (or other professional services) firm. Must be highly proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and time management skills required. Must be able to work in a team and meet deadlines

Reporting to the Los Angeles Office Marketing Manager, this person will be involved with competitive proposals and presentations, statements of qualifications, brochures and related marketing materials. Typical duties and responsibilities include: Provide marketing assistance and production support for proposal efforts; Assist in gathering missing information for resumes/projects; Provide database support/data entry; Proactively conduct QA/QC on proposal/marketing materials; Provide final production, printing, and collating support as needed; Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department. Will use organizational skills to juggle multiple marketing activities simultaneously.
