JOB: Marketing Manager

Works directly with the business development staff to develop and implement new strategies and marketing plans, marketing materials, research, proposals and other related matters.

Assume marketing leadership on strategic projects that have significant impact on the overall business and bottom line:  marketing to business clients, web site, branding, positioning and corporate identity, public relations, trade show strategy, corporate swag, printed and digital collateral materials, and other directives as indicated by senior management. Regular interaction with the CEO, head of Business Development and other members of the senior management team on corporate initiatives, business objectives and marketingâ?Ts role in supporting these objectives.

Management of the lead database system; overall RFP / RFQ process from inception to proposal submittal, draft and distribute press releases and eblasts; create and distribute marketing SOQ packages; respond to content requests from clients and internal management. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for organizing and maintaining marketing budgets and timelines.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of 5-7 years experience and a 4-year undergraduate degree. This candidate must demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills and is able to work under tight deadlines with the ability to handle multiple assignments. A strong working knowledge of but not limited to: Microsoft Office Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, and PowerPoint are required, Illustrator a plus.
Knowledge of the SF330 and experience on public and private proposals highly desired. The ideal candidate will also have a background in or is willing to learn about the A/E/C industry.
