Currently, ROEL is seeking a Business Development Associate to service the Orange County and Inland Empire areas.  This position is responsible for generating leads and building relationships with potential clients, architects, planning firms and construction managers.  Candidate should have a background in the construction, architecture and/or real estate development process and should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience building client relationships.
